Bachelor thesis is focused to project documentation of detached family house for a family numbering four persons. House is located on a south slope in the area of district Zlín specifically village Vidče. House layout is composed from two connected rectangulars. Object is designed as a two – storey + garage timber structure, without basement, roofed with two shed roofs of a different height levels. The Advantages of object itself, are very good thermal properties and shortened period of construction.

The project deals with technical documentation of family house in city of Zlín. The sloping estate is located in a gap between present buildings. The house has square shape and it's construction system is projected from wooden columns most like "two by four" system and is roofed by two rack roofs. The first floor is designed as relaxation zone as well technical background. In the mid-floor are located entrance, hygienic background and kitchen with a dining room. And in the second floor, there are located bedrooms and a bathroom.

ZOO Entrace with Pavillion

The diploma thesis deals with design of two separate buildings, stands in the new entrance area Zoo Brno. This is the entrance building, which has two floors and it is designed as a wooden house. The wooden supporting structure is complemented by Isover mineral insulated and sheathed gypsum boards Fermacell. The hipped roof truss with a slope of 20 °. Built-up area is 261.2 square meters. This is followed by pavilion of reptiles. It has a basement floors of reinforced concrete walls and on one side recessed into the hillside. The first floor is designed as a wooden house again. The hipped roof truss. Built-up area is 276.7 square meters. The main entrance is situated on south.

The basement is made of permanent formwork. The facade of a house is insulated with the ETICS system. The facade of the garage forms ventilated facade. The building is roofed by a pitched roof. The roof above the garage is made as a flat extensive green roof. The building is spacious and offers a lot of space for a family of five. The first floor forms the communication part of the house. There is a guest room, bathroom, kitchen with a living room. The living room is connected to an outdoor terrace with a pergola. On the second floor, there are rooms, a bedroom and a special place for reading. In the basement, there is a bolier-room.
